The Opportunity #FridayFotoFiction

She got this opportunity after months of trying.

He was not the same man she had loved. She had vowed to spend her life with. This man she was living with, seemed to have changed over the five years of their togetherness.

The skin near her wrist looked dark. Bruised at the same place again and again. The burnt marks on her body contrasted against her fair complexion.

Tears welled up in her eyes. She can’t take this anymore. She wiped her eyes and looked straight.

She could do it. She was a good driver. She knew if she planned well, she will succeed.

She was alone in this parking area. This was her chance.

She took a deep breath and pressed the accelerator hard. The car sped in just a few seconds.

Four hours later, Shonali was found dead, covered in blood and glass.
